A family chalet holiday is the perfect way of enjoying and getting the maximum out of your time. Children of all ages are welcome at Alpine Comfort and Chalet Cygnet is just perfect for them as it allows children access to communal areas and facilities unknown in hotels.

• Families discount...in Chalet Cygnet are stated under the page Prices/Enquiries. A great discount on lift passes makes this holiday even more enjoyable. A minimum of three including one parent passes as a family and benefits from up to 15% discount on the various lift passes. Please note that this may change at any times.
• Child care...in Chalet Cygnet can be arranged at your request. We ensure you enjoy your time on the mountains free from worries, safe in the knowledge that the children are having plenty of fun, and being cared for in a safe and happy environment they will soon call their home.
• Children's meals... are served at around 18h00. If you book the whole chalet and would rather your children eat with you later and the same menus, then please advise us at the time of booking along with any dietary requirements your child may have. Details of our children's high tea menu will be forwarded to you after booking and can be amended by you and your little ones to make sure they also have their holiday feasts!
• Children's equipment...is all ready for you to use. All the necessary bits and bobs which make your little ones happy and allows easier travelling. To name just a few; cots, highchair, toys, games and children's DVD's.
• Pre-arrival shopping... can be arranged to further ease your travel, whether it's nappies, wipes or the favoured baby food. The items will be simply added at cost price to your end of holiday bill. Minimum two weeks notice is required for this service.
• Part chalet bookings... with children aged 0 to 7 can only be accepted at our discretion and those under the age of 12 must eat at 18h00. Thanks for your understanding.
