Please telephone us on +41 (0) 27 288 22 12 and we will be delighted to discuss your holiday requirements. If it is more convenient you can fill in our holiday enquiry form and we will contact you either by phone or e-mail as requested. We will be able to provide details of availability, discuss any individual requirements you may have and provide a personal quotation which gives a detailed costing of the week. Please note that the chalet can accommodate a maximum of eight guests plus one infant which sleeps in a cot in the same room as the parents or guardian. PRELIMINARY RESERVATIONS You may make a preliminary reservation at no cost to you. To give you time to confirm details with other members of your party, your preliminary reservation gives you first option on the chalet for a period of three days. If you do not confirm the booking within this time, your hold on the chalet will lapse and the chalet will be offered to other parties. However, on expiry, if there is no other interest in your chosen dates we can extend the option should you wish. TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING If you are ready to confirm the booking, we will send you the booking form. Having read and agreed with our booking conditions, please sign your chalet booking agreement and return it to us with the required SFR 300 non-refundable deposit per person. In the summer for bookings of less than one week we request a 30% Non-refundable deposit in order to secure your bookings. If the signed paperwork is being sent to us without payment or proof of transfer of funds, your credit/debit card details must be noted on the signed chalet rental agreement, to allow us to continue to hold the reservation for you. By providing these details, you confirm your agreement to authorise Alpine Comfort to debit your card for the full amount due at the close of business 7 days after receipt of your signed quotation, should we not have received payment by this time.
CONFIRMATION Upon receipt of your signed quotation and necessary payments we will issue a confirmation invoice and it is only at this stage that your booking is confirmed subject to our booking conditions. Please do not book flights until this has been received. Please check your confirmation invoice carefully and inform us within 10 days should any changes need to be made. PAYMENT Payment before your holiday. This is accepted in most currencies by cheque, bank transfer (net of charges) or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. All credit card payments incur a surcharge of 3,7% and cheques a surcharge of 40SFR per cheque or £30.00.
